Back of House (Cook)

About the Role

Your role as a cook will be to manage frying, grilling and assembling of plates for both dine in and takeaway orders. Working in a team you will also prepare the salads, dips and rice for the days service.

Requirements

You must have some experience using a deep fryer, grill and contact press, as well as preparing salads, dressings, rice and assiting to make some dips.
